There are only three ways to become part of the Ruffurrals Only family. Most often, it’s through a referral from one of our existing pet and home sitting clients who already know and trust us. The second way is by referral from one of our carefully chosen business partners — trusted professionals like groomers or veterinarians who share our values. And finally, by invitation. Invitations come directly from the owner or a personal reference of the owner. This is how we keep our circle of trust close and meaningful — so that every client who joins us feels like family, not just another booking.

If you’re here, it’s because someone who values the same things referred you. That referral or invitation is your review. And in our world, that means more than a dozen anonymous comments online ever could.

DEPOSIT SECURES DATES
A deposit reserves your confirmed dates. New clients’ deposits are held until the Meet & Greet. Stays within 7 days are paid in full.

COMPLETE PET AND HOME CARE PROFILE
Pet routines, medical needs, favorite activities, emergency contacts, and household details, plus your signed care authorizations.

MEET & GREET
We’ll call within 24 hours to schedule an in-home introduction to review care and home details. Stays within 7 days: at the first visit.

Step 6 | Ruffurrals Only | In-Home Pet Sitting

FINAL BALANCE DUE
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the start of service. We’ll email you a secure payment link.
